‘Black is gold’

Fabric were appointed for the refurbishment of the CAT A design of the 5th floor at Old Jewry, including the WC's in the common parts.

The key drivers were to maximise the light into the space, increase the FCL as much as possible and exposing of all the services. This enabled us to create an industrial style that aligns with the existing factory style perimeter windows.

The character of the building influenced the design and we created an industrial feel to the space to attract a wider range of tenants.
